
1/2 iceberg lettuce, chopped
10-15 radishes, thinly sliced
1 large cucumber (approx. 200 g), sliced
A large bunch of dill, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced radishes, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
In a separate small bowl, create the dressing by mixing together the natural yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
Add the finely chopped dill to the salad.
Toss everything together until the salad ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately for the freshest flavor, or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving if a colder salad is preferred.
