INGREDIENTS:

3 jars of cream
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 sachets of passion fruit juice powder or flavor of your choice

1 pack of cream
200g chopped dark chocolate

DIRECTIONS:
cream:
In a blender, add the cream, sweetened condensed milk and passion fruit juice powder.
Mix well for about 5 minutes until you obtain a soft and smooth cream.
Take a glass plate and pour the mixture onto it, distributing it evenly.
and Ganache:
In a bowl, place the chopped chocolate and melt it in a bain-
marie or in the microwave (to avoid burning it, stop every 30 seconds).
Add the cream and mix well until you get a glossy cream.
Cover the cake with the chocolate ganache and place it in the
refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken.
After this time, take it out of the fridge, serve it cold and enjoy your delicious, foolproof dessert!
Assembly:
Cover the prepared cream with the chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow it to solidify and thicken.
Once the time has passed, remove the cake from the fridge.
