Tiramisu Cake Without Cottura Simple and without muffin!

220 g of dry biscuits
1 vanilla bundt
100 g of burro

It’s getting worse

500 g mascarpone
3 egg yolks
200 g sugar
50 ml water
1 bottle vanilla extract
100 g Nutella

Preparation
Let’s prepare the base of our cupcakes. Finely chop the dry biscuits and put them in a bowl. Add the vanilla and melted butter. Mix everything very well.

Line a muffin tin with cling film and put some crushed biscuits inside. Make a shell by shaping it around the shape. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Let’s prepare the tiramisu cream by putting the sugar and water in a saucepan and letting it cook for 5 minutes. Whip the egg yolks, rinsing the hot syrup. Beat until the mixture cools.

Gradually add the vanilla and mascarpone. Put the cream in the cookie shells and fill them completely. Add the Nutella and some crumbled cookies on top. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
