Strawberries
2 eggs
190 g (3/4 cup) yogurt
5 g (1 teaspoon) maple syrup
Vanilla extract
125 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
8 g (3/4 teaspoon) baking powder
METHOD
1. Slice the strawberries and set aside.
2. In a bowl, add the eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour, and baking powder and beat until the mixture becomes lumpy.
3. Dip the strawberry slices and coat them on both sides with the mixture.
4. Transfer them to the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve the strawberry crepe bites all together on a platter and enjoy.
