Fried fritters with a base on grandma’s rice, delicious and delicious!

250 ml of milk, heated
5 tablespoons of sugar
Sugar on a stick to dust
Oil for refrigeration
flour to grind
500 g of flour
1 teaspoon of beer
1 pack of yeast (dry yeast)

Preparation:

1. First mix the yeast, sugar and oil in the warm milk. Add everything to the flour. Then knead the dough intensively. Place in a pot, cover with a cloth and a lid and leave in a warm place for about 60 – 70 minutes.
2. Knead the dough intensively again and roll it out on a thin layer of flour to a thickness of approx. Then cut into 2 cm x 2 cm squares.
3. Then fry the pieces in portions in hot oil until golden brown. Turn them often and do not let them brown too much, otherwise they will become too dry and hollow inside. After removing, sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve while still hot. Enjoy!
