Easy Cabbage Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

100 g cabbage, finely chopped

2 eggs

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper powder

2 tbsp carrot, finely chopped

2 tbsp onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

1 tbsp corn flour

1 green chilli, finely chopped

1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

Prepare the Cabbage:

Finely chop the cabbage and wash it thoroughly with water. Drain and set aside.

Beat the Eggs:

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

Mix the Ingredients:

Add the finely chopped cabbage to the beaten eggs.

Add salt, black pepper powder, chopped carrot, onion, coriander leaves, corn flour, and finely chopped green chilli.

Mix all the ingredients well to ensure they are evenly distributed.

Cook the Omelette:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a fry pan over low heat.

Pour the cabbage and egg mixture into the pan, spreading it out evenly.

Cover the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat until the bottom is set and lightly browned.

Flip the Omelette:

Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side.

Cover the pan again and cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat, until the omelette is fully cooked and golden brown on both sides.

Serve:

Remove the omelette from the pan and cut into wedges.

Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious cabbage omelette.
