Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Gradually add 5 1/2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Knead the Dough:
Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth, elastic dough.
Rest the Dough:
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Stuffing
Chop Vegetables:
Finely chop the onions, green bell peppers, peeled tomatoes, and parsley.
Cook the Filling:
In a large pan, heat 5 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
Add the green bell peppers, tomatoes, and parsley. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
Stir well and cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
Mix in 4 tablespoons of tomato paste. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble and Cook
Roll the Dough:
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
Add the Filling:
Place a generous amount of the stuffing mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Fold and Seal:
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Cook:
Heat a large skillet over low heat. Place the stuffed dough in the skillet and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 5 minutes on low heat with the cover on.
Remove the cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve
Prepare the Salad:
Toss mixed salad vegetables with lemon juice for a fresh side dish.
Plate and Enjoy:
Serve the crispy stuffed bread hot with the salad on the side.
