Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 tablespoons sunflower oil
5 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Nutella (or chocolate chips)
Icing sugar for decoration

Instructions:
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder.
Add sunflower oil and milk to the dry ingredients, and stir until well combined.
Drop a dollop of Nutella (or sprinkle chocolate chips) into the center of the batter.
Microwave the mug cake on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake is set but still moist.
Carefully remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool for a minute.
Dust the top of the mug cake with icing sugar for a sweet finish.
