Ingredients:

500 g minced meat

Salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary (to taste)

60 g spaghetti

Vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon sour cream

250 ml water

Salt (to taste)

Pepper mix (to taste)

100 g cheese, grated

Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Prepare the Meatballs:

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary to taste.

Form the mixture into meatballs.

Cook the Spaghetti:

Boil 60 g of spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Fry the Meatballs:

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the meatballs and fry on all sides until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add more vegetable oil if needed and sauté the diced bell pepper and chopped onion until soft.

Add the chopped tomato and cook until it starts to break down.

Make the Sauce:

Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.

Add 250 ml of water, salt, and pepper mix to taste. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Meatballs:

Return the meatballs to the skillet and cover.

Simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the meatballs to cook through.

Add the Spaghetti:

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.

Add the Cheese:

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meatballs and spaghetti.

Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley.
