2 large eggs
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Burger:
4 lean ground turkey or beef patties (choose according to your preference)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Pickles
Mustard and ketchup (sugar-free or reduced sugar for Weight Watchers)
Instructions:
Preheat the Waffle Maker:
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Prepare Chaffle Batter:
In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cook the Chaffles:
Grease the waffle maker lightly.
Spoon a portion of the batter onto the center of the waffle maker and close the lid.
Cook until the chaffle is golden brown and firm to the touch. Repeat for the remaining batter.
Cook the Burger Patties:
Season the turkey or beef patties with salt and pepper.
Grill or cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
Assemble the Chaffle Burgers:
Place a chaffle on a plate, add a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, tomato slices, and pickles.
Top with another chaffle to form a burger.
Serve:
Serve the chaffle burgers with mustard and ketchup on the side.
