Ingredients:

3 eggs

700 g cannelloni pasta

300 ml cream

80 g mayonnaise

300 ml water

200 g mozzarella cheese, grated

Dried ground sweet paprika, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine 1 kg minced pork, 3 eggs, finely chopped onions, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and sweet paprika. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Cannelloni:

Carefully fill the uncooked cannelloni pasta with the meat mixture. Ensure they are packed well to avoid any air gaps.

Prepare the Sauce:

In a medium bowl, mix together 300 ml of cream, 80 g of mayonnaise, and 300 ml of water. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the Dish:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
