
Ingredients:
500 g of 000 or 0000 flour
5 g of yeast
300 ml of water
5 g of salt
Preparation:
1) Place the flour in a deep container.
- Add the yeast
- Away from the yeast, add the salt.
- Add warm water little by little to mix.
- When all the water has been added, knead for 10 minutes.
- Spread the dough and fold it with the palms of your hands until it is elastic.
- Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for an hour and a half (covered with plastic wrap in a bowl).
- Take a piece of dough, stretch it into a rectangle and roll it into an elongated cylinder.
- Bake the French bread at 200ΒΊC for 20 to 30 minutes.
