Ingredients:
200 g grated cheese to taste
4 eggs
bread crumbs
pepper
oil
salt
Preparation:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks of two eggs and beat the whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
  2. When they are very solid, add one of the yolks, the cheese and a little pepper, stirring to mix everything well.
