How to Make Easy Pastry Recipe with Only 3 Ingredients;
Add water, egg, salt and flour in a controlled way to a suitable kneading bowl and knead a soft dough. Let’s divide the dough into 4 equal meringues and cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
Let’s open the meringues as much as we can with the help of a rolling pin and stack them on top of each other and put butter between them.
Let’s fold the dough into a square shape by folding it first to 2 and then 4 of the edges. Let’s cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Let’s roll out the dough with a roller and cut it into sherries with roulet. Let’s scratch it and add the inner mortar. Let’s shape it by folding.
I string the pastries we shaped on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. I’ll apply the egg yolk with a brush on it.
Let’s bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
