INGREDIENTS1 egg100 g of sugar250 g of Greek yogurt250 g of flour150 ml of milk16 g of yeastLemon and orange zest

METHOD

Mix the egg and sugar. Add the lemon and orange zest, the Greek yogurt and mix well. Mix together the yeast and flour and add to the yogurt mixture.Mix well and pour two teaspoons into the hot oil. Cook until golden brown and top with sugar to serve
