Ingredients:

3 medium-sized potatoes (approx. 400 g)
Seed oil
300 g mushrooms
60 g fresh onions
Parsley
salt and pepper
Sweet peppers
5 g cumin
3 eggs
olive oil

Directions:

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of pumpkin oil for 8-9 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms and place them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
Cook the mushrooms until all the water has evaporated.
In a bowl, combine the cooked mushrooms, potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and egg.
Mix well until a smooth mixture forms.
Grease the bottom of a pan with a drizzle of oil and form the meatballs (you can use a biscuit cutter).
Fry until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
