Ingredients:

1 Carrot
1/2 White cabbage
2 Green apples
4 tablespoons Sour cream
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt (natural)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 1/2 Lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Peel and grate the carrot. Finely shred the white cabbage.
Core the green apples and cut them into thin slices or cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot, shredded cabbage, and sliced/cubed green apples.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, Greek yogurt, garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.
