    • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

    • Ground Cinnamon (optional): 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey or Maple Syrup (optional): 1/4 cup
  • Milk of Your Choice: 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)

Directions:
