200g (7 oz) Pastry cream

150g (5.3 oz) Whipping cream

50g (1.76 oz) Almonds, chopped

Baking:

Oven Temperature: 180°C (356°F)

Baking Time: 30 minutes

Tray Size: 42 x 30 cm (16.6 x 12 in)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Puff Pastry

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (356°F).

Roll Out the Dough: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5 cm thickness.

Step 2: Shape the Croissants
