It is a different proposal to prepare a meal with minced meat as the main ingredient, but instead of making meatballs as we usually do, it combines with other flavors and will result in a very exquisite dish.
Furthermore, it is not difficult to make, in fact it is simple, tasty and practical when it comes to cooking quickly. Even for those who are new to cooking, this recipe will come in handy.

For this recipe let’s see what we will need:

700gr. minced meat
2 cloves of garlic

250ml. milk

2 cloves of garlic
30 gr. butter
150ml. White wine

300ml. milk cream
Preparation, step by step
First, in a bowl we add 2 eggs, salt, milk and mix manually.
Next, we add the flour and continue mixing until everything is well incorporated.
On the other hand, in a bowl we put the minced meat, 1 egg, 5 gr. of salt, black pepper and well chopped garlic cloves.
Immediately, everything is mixed with the help of your hands.
The next step, in a plastic wrap we put the minced meat bun and roll it out into a rectangular shape with our hands.

The next step, we apply a layer of feta cheese on the minced meat. We booked.
On the other hand, we place a rectangular piece of cling film and apply a layer of sliced salami and pieces of melted cheese on top.
Then, we put another piece of cling film and press with the rolling pin. When we manage to combine both ingredients, we pass it to the minced meat with the slices of string cheese.
Then we will roll up slowly but first we put 3 pickled cucumbers in the center. Once rolled to the end, we seal the ends with cling film.
