Ingredients
Preparation
300 g of cookies
150 g of peanuts
100 g of sugar
100 ml of water
125 g of butter
200 g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of oil
Preparation

On a 21×15 cm tray, place baking paper.
Inside a food processor, place 300 g of cookies and crush until you get fine crumbs. Transfer the crushed cookies to a large bowl.
Add 150g of peanuts to the food processor, grind and add to the bowl with the crushed biscuits. Mix both ingredients well.
In a saucepan, place 100g of sugar, 100ml of water and 125g of butter. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the sugar and butter have completely melted.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the biscuits and crushed peanuts. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
Divide the dough into two equal portions and set one of the portions aside.
Finely chop 100g of dark chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
Add the melted chocolate to one of the reserved dough portions and mix well until the chocolate is fully integrated into the dough.

Place the chocolate dough on the prepared tray and press firmly to level the surface.
Take the other half of the dough (without chocolate) and place it on top of the chocolate dough layer on the tray.

Press and level the surface well again.
Chop another 100g of dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and melt in a bain-marie, stirring until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the dough in the tray, covering the entire surface.

Level well with a spatula.
Place the tray in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 4 hours so that the sweets harden.
After the cooling time has passed, remove the tray from the refrigerator, remove the baking paper and cut into portions of the desired size. Your sweets are ready to enjoy!
