Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
2-3 tablespoons flour
50 g sausage, diced
50 g cheese, grated
1 tomato, diced
Fresh parsley, chopped
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until smooth.
Add the flour and baking soda, and continue to whisk until the batter is well combined and free of lumps. Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
2. Add the Fillings:
Stir in the diced sausage, grated cheese, and diced tomato.
Add the chopped parsley and mix everything well.
3. Cook the Breakfast:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil or butter.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom is set and golden brown.
Carefully flip the mixture, if possible, to cook the other side, or cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking until the top is set and the cheese is melted.
4. Serve:
Once cooked through, slide the breakfast onto a plate.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
