When cooking with Morel Mushrooms, always cook them thoroughly. If putting them on a pizza, cook them down in a saute pan and get a lovely sear on them *before* putting the pizza in the oven with the morels on top.

The time spent in the pizza oven, by itself, is not long enough to ensure that the morels are cooked through. Different ovens, temps, the size of the morel pieces, and other toppings can all affect how the morels cook.
Be safe and cook them properly before they even go on top.
I also suggest using a white sauce without a ton of garlic in it as the base for your pizza.
