Ingredients
Potatoes: 4-5 pieces
Olive oil
Eggs: 4 pieces
Salt
Paprika
Sour cream: 200 grams
Chives
Small tomatoes: 5 pieces
Chicken hearts: 500 grams
Onions: 3-4 pieces
Black pepper
1 teaspoon of sugar or honey
3-4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
Mayonnaise: 4-5 tablespoons
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes:
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
In a skillet, heat some olive oil and fry the potatoes until they are golden and crispy.
Set aside.
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add salt, paprika, sour cream, chopped chives, and diced small tomatoes. Mix well.
Combine:
Pour the egg mixture over the fried potatoes in the skillet.
Cook on medium heat until the eggs are set and the mixture forms a cohesive dish.
Prepare the Chicken Hearts:
Clean and trim the chicken hearts.
In a separate pan, sauté the onions until they are translucent.
Add the chicken hearts and cook until they are done.
Season with salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of sugar or honey.
Add apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve:
Slice the potato and egg dish into wedges.
Serve with the chicken hearts and onion mixture on the side.
