Ingredients:
2 zucchinis
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 garlic clove
Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon soy sauce
30 ml olive oil
Instructions:
Start by washing and drying the zucchinis.
Then, cut them into thin slices.
In a bowl, mix the paprika, salt, and flour together.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Dip each zucchini slice into the flour mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Place the coated zucchini slices in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden and crispy.
While cooking, sprinkle soy sauce over the zucchini slices for added flavor.
Once done, remove the zucchini slices from the pan and place them on a serving plate.
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
