The best dinner I’ve ever cooked! Very tasty and easy 5 minute recipe

Ingredients:

Vegetable fat

1 onion

700g minced meat

1 tsp salt

Pepper (to taste)

2 cloves garlic

300ml tomato sauce

Water

Olive oil

500g noodles

40g butter

2 tbsp flour

500ml milk

150g cheddar cheese

150g Emmental cheese

Instructions:

Heat vegetable fat in a pan.

Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 5 minutes until browned.

Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Mix well.

Pour in tomato sauce, mix, and simmer covered for 8-10 minutes.

Cook noodles in salted water with a splash of olive oil until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter.

Add flour and cook until golden.

Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

Add grated cheddar and Emmental cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles and cheesy meat sauce as shown in the video.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
