1.2 kg chicken fillet (approximately 2.5 lbs), cut into bite-sized pieces
5 chicken eggs
250 g hard mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Season the chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with salt, dried ground garlic, chicken seasoning, and dried ground sweet paprika to taste.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Layer the ingredients: Spread the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour the whisked eggs over the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are almost set and the chicken is cooked through.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and egg mixture.
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

You can adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste.
For a richer flavor, you can use heavy cream instead of vegetable oil to grease the baking dish.
