To prepare this delicious recipe, you will need:

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200 grams of cream
1 chopped tomato
500 g of medium potatoes
200 g of finely chopped salami
Grated cheese to taste
Chopped green onion to taste
Salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste
Extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
For the sauce:

3 heaping tablespoons of cream
2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 cucumber
3 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Prepare the potatoes:
Wash and peel the potatoes. Then, cut them into thin slices.
In a large frying pan, heat a little olive oil or vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and cook until golden and tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the egg mixture:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with the cream. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste.
Stir in the chopped tomato, finely chopped salami and chopped green onion.
