**Ingredients:**

– 500 grams minced meat

– Salt and dried garlic to taste

– 1 egg

– Hop Suneli Spice Blend

– 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

– 1 onion

– Vegetable oil

– 1 carrot

– 1 pepper

– Salt, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon satsebeli sauce

– 1 glass of water

– Black pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar

– A bunch of parsley

– 3-5 potatoes

**Instructions:**

1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, salt, dried garlic, an egg, Hop Suneli Spice Blend, and breadcrumbs.

Mix well.

2. In a separate pan, heat some vegetable oil and sauté finely chopped onions until they become translucent.

3. Add grated carrot to the onions and continue cooking.

4. Incorporate the diced pepper, salt, tomato paste, satsebeli sauce, black pepper, and sugar into the onion-carrot mixture.

5. Pour in a glass of water and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes.

6. Add a bunch of chopped parsley to the mixture.

7. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and soak them in water to prevent them from turning brown.

8. In a baking dish, arrange layers of alternating ground beef and potatoes.

9. Pour the cooked vegetable mixture over the layers.

10. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Cover the top with foil if necessary.
