AFTER I ATE GROUND BEEF LIKE THIS, I NEVER WANTED TO MAKE IT ANY OTHER WAY AGAIN!!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, green bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.

Mix well.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).

Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips:

For a more flavorful meatloaf, use a blend of ground beef and ground pork.

Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the meatloaf mixture for extra cheesiness.

Top the meatloaf with your favorite glaze or sauce before baking.

Serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a salad for a complete meal.
