Today I want to tell you about cooking homemade cutlets, which are always relevant on any table. Juicy meat cutlets are an excellent choice for lunch.

If your cutlets turn out dry, tough and falling apart, let’s try to fix it. In fact, making perfect cutlets is easier than it might seem.
My friend, who works as a chef, told me the secret of making perfect juicy cutlets, which I am happy to share with you.

To start, choose two types of meat to mince: one fatty (for example, pork) and one leaner (chicken or beef). It is best to prepare minced meat yourself to control the quality and composition.
Add ground black pepper and finely chopped onion to the minced meat. Other spices to taste, although I prefer to stick to just pepper.

We add salt only just before frying to avoid drawing out excess moisture from the meat, which can make the cutlets dry.
Mix the minced meat thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours, or better yet, 3 hours.

Before frying, it is important to “beat” the minced meat. Take a portion of minced meat, lift it to a height of about 20 cm and sharply throw it on the table. Repeat this process about 15 times until smooth.
Form cutlets and fry them until golden brown on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil.
Personally, I prefer to bake the cutlets in the oven as it is a healthier option. Bake them at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If you notice that the cutlets are starting to dry out, cover them with foil.
Regardless of the cooking method, you will get delicious, juicy and satisfying cutlets that everyone will like without exception.
