< INGREDIENTS >
2 cups shredded chicken breasts
225 gr mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
340 gr cream cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
12 lasagna pasta sheets, cooked
< PREPARATION >
Heat oven to 350ºF 180°C.
Mix chicken, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, and tomatoes. Beat cream cheese, milk, garlic powder with a mixer; add 2 tbsp basil. Mix everything together
Spread some of the mixture over the bottom of a 12-inch baking dish, top with 3 lasagna sheets and more mixture.
Repeat 2 layers of lasagna and chicken mixture. Top with the pasta sheets, mixture and mozzarella.
Bake for 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let rest for 5 min. before slicing to serve.
