SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
Ingredients:
250 g Spaghetti noodles,
100 g Ground beef


1/2 Onion
1 tablespoon Olive oil
100 ml Red wine
3 small cans Tomato puree
20 gr Parmesan cheese


Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano
Garlic
Procedure:
Cook the spaghetti until al dente according to the instructions on the package.


Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Fry the ground beef stirring frequently until it turns golden and brown.
Chop the onion very finely and add to the meat.
Continue frying for a few minutes.
Add the red wine and then lower the heat.
Stir in the tomato puree and water in equal parts.


Season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano and crushed garlic.
Place the cooked spaghetti in a bowl.
Pour some of the sauce over the spaghetti.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
