Broccoli burger ingredients

1 broccoli, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 onion, parsley, 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, 30 grams of chickpea flour, 1/2 teaspoon of brewer’s yeast.

Cut the broccoli sprigs, saving the stems. Wash and dry them well, before grinding them finely, until they are almost reduced to powder. Add the garlic and onion, also finely chopped. Mix well and gradually add all the other ingredients.

Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, then give it the typical hamburger shape, moistening your hands. Add more water or olive oil if necessary.

With the quantities described above, you should make about 6 burgers. Cook them on the grill, over medium heat, for about 4-5 minutes per side.
