800g canned whole tomatoes
300g minced beef
100g onion, chopped
80g bell pepper, diced

30g garlic, minced
35g celery, chopped
70g ketchup
10g sugar
2 tsp oregano
5g salt
Pepper, to taste
70g water
Spaghetti Noodles:
300g spaghetti noodles

Prepare the Spaghetti Sauce:
In a microwave-safe dish, combine 800g canned whole tomatoes (crushed or blended), 300g minced beef, 100g chopped onion, 80g diced bell pepper, 40g unsalted butter, 30g minced garlic, 35g chopped celery, 70g ketchup, 10g sugar, 2 tsp oregano, 5g salt, pepper to taste, and 70g water. Mix well.
Microwave:
Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through and the flavors have melded together.
Cook the Spaghetti Noodles:
While the sauce is cooking, cook 300g of spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
Once cooked, drain the noodles and toss them with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Serve:
Plate the cooked spaghetti noodles and top them generously with the prepared spaghetti sauce.
Garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese if desired.
