Super quick recipe for family, 5 minute spaghetti ice cream dessert!

Spaghetti ice cream (with strawberries and mascarpone)

A delicious dessert that looks like spaghetti ice cream, but in a wonderfully creamy version.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 bag of strawberries (frozen, large bag or fresh berries)
  • powdered sugar as desired
  • Some white chocolate coating, grated
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Preparation:

1. Prepare the mascarpone cream:

  • In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone , low-fat curd cheese , powdered sugar , lemon juice and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark-mascarpone mixture so that the cream remains nice and airy.

2. Prepare strawberries:

  • Defrost the strawberries (if you are using frozen ones) and then puree them.
  • Sweeten with powdered sugar to taste – you can add more or less sugar depending on your preference.

3. Layering and decorating:

  • Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the quark-mascarpone cream.
  • Decorate with grated white chocolate to give the dessert the final, delicious touch.

4. Cold spots:

  • Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and the flavours to develop properly.

Serving suggestion:

Serve this dessert in small glasses or bowls and enjoy it as a refreshing dessert!
