Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 bag of strawberries (frozen, large bag or fresh berries)
- powdered sugar as desired
- Some white chocolate coating, grated
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Prepare the mascarpone cream:
- In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone , low-fat curd cheese , powdered sugar , lemon juice and vanilla sugar until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the quark-mascarpone mixture so that the cream remains nice and airy.
2. Prepare strawberries:
- Defrost the strawberries (if you are using frozen ones) and then puree them.
- Sweeten with powdered sugar to taste – you can add more or less sugar depending on your preference.
3. Layering and decorating:
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the quark-mascarpone cream.
- Decorate with grated white chocolate to give the dessert the final, delicious touch.
4. Cold spots:
- Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and the flavours to develop properly.
