Pumpkin gratin pasta

Ingredients:
500 g pasta (fusilli)
1 leek
500 gr Neapolitan pumpkin


280 gr sausage
red wine to taste
100 g parmesan
water to taste
salt / extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Brown the sausage and then add the pumpkin and leek.

  1. Once the dressing is ready, season the fusilli.
  2. Pour them into a mold and add parmesan and scamorza.

  1. Bake at 200° for 35 minutes.
