Quick jellied pie with apples. I don’t know a simpler recipe, the dough is ready in 5 minutes and no yeast is needed

Homemade apple pie with a crispy crust is a delicious dish that will surprise you with its fluffiness and aroma. The preparation process uses basic and inexpensive ingredients, and the dough takes only 5 minutes to knead.

An excellent choice for home tea drinking.

First, pour vegetable oil into a blender bowl and add one egg.

I carefully press the egg to the bottom of the bowl and turn on the immersion blender, holding it in place until the emulsion is smooth.

This method allows for fluffier baked goods and eliminates any unwanted butter odors.

Then beat the second egg with sugar and a pinch of salt using a mixer.

I add sour cream to the mixture, after which I add the already prepared emulsion of butter and eggs and mix everything thoroughly again.

I mix flour with baking powder into the dough.

The dough turns out quite liquid, which is normal.

Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 cm, previously lined with parchment and greased along the sides.

Place the chopped apples on top of the dough in your favorite order.

To create a flavorful crust, I mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pie.

The pie is baked in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 40-50 minutes. Time may vary depending on oven specifications.

After baking, I leave the cake in the turned off oven for an additional 10 minutes.

The finished pie is cooled and ready to serve.

The pie can be served either hot or cold. It is better to choose sour apples to contrast with the sweetness of the dish.

This simple and quick recipe will be the perfect addition to your tea party.
