Today I made a wonderful apple pie. This pie has little dough, but a lot of juicy filling! I sprinkled it with crunchy crumbs on top. The pie is prepared very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes.

Cooking method:
First, I’ll prepare the crumbs. Pour flour, sugar into a mixer and add butter.
I stir for 30 seconds. I put the crumbs in the refrigerator.
Place softened butter in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Beat with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes lighter and increases in volume.
Add 3 eggs one at a time, beating for another minute after each.
I add pre-sifted flour and baking powder. Stir and add the remaining flour, knead the dough.
For the filling I take 4 large apples, weighing about 600 g.
I peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. I add apples to the dough. If desired, you can add cinnamon.

I mix the apples with the dough and put the resulting mass into the mold.
Using a spatula, distribute the dough evenly over the surface of the pan.
Sprinkle the prepared crumbs on top.
I put the cake to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time is about 40 minutes.
The pie turns out juicy and aromatic, with a soft melting filling and a crispy crust!
