Baked Apple Fritters Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 250 grams of 00 flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla yeast
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 320 ml of milk
- a knob of butter
- grated peel of half a lemon
Slice the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mix the other ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency.
Dip the fritter slices in the batter, then place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake at 175°C for 20-30 minutes, until cooked through.
You can serve the baked apple fritters alone, with a dusting of powdered sugar or with jam.
