- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 1 bar of dark chocolate (approximately 100 g)
Procedure
1. Prepare the base
- Crush the cookies until you obtain a fine texture.
- Mix with the melted butter until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Place this mixture in a mould and press down firmly to form the base. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until they are pureed.
- Add the cocoa powder and condensed milk, mix well.
- Add the cream and beat until smooth.
- Add the spice mix and chopped nuts.
3. Assembly and cooling
- Pour the filling mixture over the cookie base.
