Cooking method:
The onion must be grated on a coarse grater, and the carrots on a fine grater.

To these ingredients we add minced meat, kefir, chopped garlic, salt and various spices of your choice, as well as soda. Mix everything together thoroughly so that the soda reacts with kefir.

Add the egg and fresh herbs to the mixture, then add the flour. Mix well again.

Using a spoon, form the cutlets and fry them in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat until a delicious golden crust forms on both sides.
