Preparation:

  1. First melt the butter or margarine in a pot. Remove pot from heat. Then put the speculoos cookies in a freezer bag, close it and then crumble the cookies using a rolling pin.
  2. Then mix the crumbs with the fat well. Spread about 3/4 of the sprinkles into 4 glasses (contents about 250 milliliters each) and press down lightly.
  3. Next, wash and clean the strawberries, then cut half of them into small pieces and roughly chop the other strawberries. Puree in a mixing bowl.
  4. Now add the milk, quark and quark fine and then mix with the hand blender to form a smooth cream.
