Shortbread base
20g butter or margarine
50 g speculoos strawberry quark dish
250g strawberries
100 ml milk
250 g quark (lean level)
1 pack dr. Oetker Quarkfein strawberry flavor
Preparation:
- First melt the butter or margarine in a pot. Remove pot from heat. Then put the speculoos cookies in a freezer bag, close it and then crumble the cookies using a rolling pin.
- Then mix the crumbs with the fat well. Spread about 3/4 of the sprinkles into 4 glasses (contents about 250 milliliters each) and press down lightly.
- Next, wash and clean the strawberries, then cut half of them into small pieces and roughly chop the other strawberries. Puree in a mixing bowl.
- Now add the milk, quark and quark fine and then mix with the hand blender to form a smooth cream.
- Now layer the cream and strawberries in the glasses and decorate with the remaining sprinkles. Finally, place the glasses in the refrigerator until serving.
