My family loves these zrazas, I often cook them in the evening to enjoy delicious food for dinner, and in the morning they can be warmed up for breakfast or taken to work for a snack.
I’ll tell you this recipe, I believe you will like it. For zraz you will need three large potatoes. Pre-boil the potatoes.

When the potatoes are cooked, let them cool and peel them.
Next, grind the potatoes on a fine grater to make the zrazy easier to fry and fluffy. Add to the chopped potatoes:
two eggs;
salt at your discretion;
three tablespoons of flour;
ground black pepper to taste.
Mix all components thoroughly, achieving smoothness of the dough without flour lumps.

Also add any greens you like. I prefer dill, it needs to be chopped and mixed into the potato dough. I also like to add various herbs, for example, Provençal, they add a special aroma.
For the filling I use mozzarella, but you can choose any other cheese or even a mixture of boiled egg and onion, this will also turn out delicious. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

Next, we proceed to the formation of zraz. It is most convenient to work with the dough with wet hands so that it does not stick. We take a little dough, form a flat cake and place a piece of cheese in the center, then carefully pinch the edges, immediately forming something like a cutlet.
Heat the pan, add a little butter for aroma and taste.

Fry the zrazy on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
